Sorry Ronan, I know we discussed just writing this down in my book but for several reasons, writing it in here will be more helpful.
1/ I go on here every morning while drinking my green tea
2/ this way, you can see exactly what I'm up to!

Goals for 2 weeks:
I will have laid a foundation of healthy, consistent eating which I will want to continue following
I will take the necessary meds at the designated times thus my moods will be more stable and consistent
I will have all my debts paid off
I will be further along in reaching my goal of quitting smoking for good ( this is more or less accomplished already:) )
I will use thermogenics as a means to performance enhancement, and not to combat my emotions
I will approach my training with re-newed enthusiasm and vigour!:p
I will do shoulders only for weight training
I will consistently drink 6-8 L of water each day

Wake- 8:30am-- needed alot of sleep for some odd reason

Was gonna ride my bike first thing but decided to join my parents on a dog walk instead as I haven't spent much time with them lately.

Meal 1- 9am- Mrp

Wake - 5:30am-- not used to this early hour again :o

green tea pre cardio

Gym -- 6:30am- 45 min step mill
-- ended up doing some weights even though I wasn't gonna do much for a while, I like doing them so I'm going to!

1 huge superset of leg exercises -- hack squat, bar squats, lunges, sissy squats, leg curls, extensions

Meal 1- scoop Vp2, 1 grapefruit
Meal 2- 3 egg whites , 1 yolk, 1/2 cup oats, 1 tsp flax
Meal 3 - 1/2 can tuna, 1 cup brown rice,
Meal 4- 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice
Meal 5- 1/2 can tuna, cucumber, 1 tsp flax
Meal 6- 1/2 chicken breast, salad, 2 tsp flax
Meal 7- 3 egg whites, 1 yolk , cup of greens

Ronan let me know what you think of this diet ok?

meal 1 will strart at 8 am and meal 7 will be no later than 10 pm following evening cardio which will consist of riding my bike at home.

pre-workout supps

Cardio- 45 min stepmill again ( this is unbelievably easy now that my lungs are not full of crap):cool:

1 big superset of Hammerstrength lat pull-- incline DB press-- hmmrstr. rows-- push ups.

post workout-- super nauseating Ronan concoction of cell tech and VP2 :eek: :eek: highly revolting

8am-meal 1-- Mrp-lite
meal 2- 3 eggwhites, 1 yolk, 1/2 cup oats, tsp flax
meal 3- 1/2 can tuna, 1/2 cup oats
meal 3- 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup oats tsp flax
meal 4- 1/2 can tuna, spinach
meal 5- 1/2 chicken breast, salad, tsp flax
meal 6- 3 egg whites , celery
meal 7- scoop Vp2, greens plus (maybe depending on time)

Water yester day was 8 L --no problem

Wake- 7:30am Slept in a bit

Had a bit of a stomache ache when I got up at first but seem to be able to eat alright now .

Gym -- 11am-- Shoulders --heavy weights as I want my shoulders to get a bit fuller.

1/ DB shoulder press
2/ DB side laterals
3/ rear delt machine
4/ up right rows

Cardio- am- 45 min step mill
pm- bike

meal 1- MRP
meal 2- 3 eggwhites, 1 yolk, 1 tsp flax, 1/2 cup oats
meal 3- 1/2 cup tuna, 1/2 cup rice
meal 4- 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 chicken tit
meal 5- 1/2 cup tuna, cucumber
meal 6- 1/2 chicken tit, spinach salad, 1tbsp flax
meal 7- 3 eggwhites, 1 yolk, celery

Water 8 L

Bed by 10pm

Wake- 5:30am

Wieghts-- messing around with an old program cause I needed a change.
Chest-- good
Cardio- 30min x-trainer, 15 min stepmill

Meals- Also trying something new here after a chat with a fitness competitor yesterday.

1- 8am

giving this a week and then making a decision

(was absolutely tired last night and was in bed by 9:30pm)

Managed a little over 10L of water yesterday which was a first for me.

Training today- Bi's and Tri's
Cardio-30 min stepmill, 15 x-trainer.
Tonight -stretching is a must-- 30 mins

why is it that YOU have to be "Ronan's Biatch"?

Why can't Ronan be (and write down) that he is
"Savannah's Biatch"?

There seems to be a double standard going on.

And this was just a thought...and btw, I am rooting for you Ronan at the June 30 Championship!

Yesterday sucked--everything I put into my body didn't seem to want to stay in....

1/ 3 egg whites+ 1 yolk+ 2 tsps flax, 1/2 cup oats
2/ 100g chicken, 1/2 cup cooked rice
3/ 1/2 cup rice, 100g chicken
4/ 1/2 cup tuna, salad, 1 tbsp flax
6/ depends on where I'm eating--going out for dinner

Sorry for posting on your journal but I had a question for you. I am trying to put together a training schedule for my girlfriend. She is just starting out but has trained some in the past. How often do you think she should work a body part a week and how many excercies for that body part? Any suggestions would be appreciated, feel free to reply in my journal. Sorry to hear about the cold/flu.

I must be one of the few peeps that love Mondays (only cause it means my last work day of the week) :)

AM cardio-- 15 min stepmill
Weights-did chest and back supersets but strength was not there and felt generally unrested-- cut it short

Pm cardio- 30 min bike

Meal 1 - 3 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1/2 cup oats, tsp flax
2- mrp-
3- 100g chicken , 1/2 cup rice
4- ditto
5- 1/2 can tuna, salad with flax
6- ditto
7- egg whites, 1 yolk, flax, greens

Water 9-10 L

wanted to sleep in a tad this morning so even with out setting my alarm clock, I woke up this early:rolleyes:

I'm gonna start hopping on my bike at home for 15 min intense cardio b4 eating a meal and then going to the gym for weights.

Just found I was getting too hungry half way through my morning workouts with out having a meal in me.

Well, I finally made it into the gym after aboot a month's layoff for no particularly good reason....

warm up--walking to the gym
Leg Circuit 3 times through
1/smith machine alt. lunges
2/stiff deads
3/sissy squats
4/ham curls
6/seated calf
7/shin excercise

Upper body circuit 2 times through
1/DB shoulder press
2/machine lat pull
3/seated incline smith chest
4/overhead DB tricep
5/conc. curl

2 sets of abs,

1/ 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 tsp flax, 1/2 cup oats
2/ chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/3 avocado, 1tsp flax
3/ tuna, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/3 avocado, 1 tsp flax
4/ celery, 5 egg whites, 1 yolk
5/ chicken, veggies, 1 tsp flax

water @ 4 L

Well...... Islept in on a monday morning.....
I wonder why............. must have had some sorta fun last night;)

Busy day so the gym is out, and seeing as I've only been able to cram 1/2 an MRP down my throat thus far and it's 3 pm , the diet is not so good today!

I still can't figure out what the hell is the matter with me :(

anyways, I managed to get into the gym early this morning and Ronan was up so he offered to help me out a bit.

Basically just did a few sets per muscle group.
shoulder press
pull ups
incline flyes
DB pullovers

20 mins cardio

Diet schmiet.......

actually I plan on eating my typical meals today again.

I honestly can't get over the fact that it's been 2 months or so since I've even wanted to think about eating right or training.

What's up with that???:confused:

Diet today is pretty clean but bland.

2/ 5 egg whites, yam
3/ chicken , yam

5/ chicken, vegetables

few sets of heavy lat pulls and bb curls.

ab crunches.

M1- 4 egg whits. 1/2 yolk, 1tsp flax, 1/2 cup oats
M2- 1/2 cup brown rice, turkey
M3- 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup mixed veggies, turkey
M4- same as meal 3
