im starting my journey to a slimmer, ripped'er, stronger me.

im 15 years old and im starting to get into working out,eating right, and living healthy. probly like most of you, so share ur opions on how i look as off now.:)

ps,dont mind my crazy face i just got done, curling 90lbs 3x5, and wired on hydroxy cut

JMHO but I'd be surprised if you were curling that much weight.

Pics look good, especially for 15. Keep bulking.

btw i actually was a regular here but i forgot my name so i re registerd, i enjoy reading all sections of this, a couple buddys of mine ages 16-18 are very ripped but thats in part to the steriods there taking, at one point i was gonna start taking whinny but after this reading this forum i relised i would have made a big mistake, since they wont have livers,kidneys by the time there 30 i figure i might as well see what my bodys capable of by itself, before i venture into juice.

btw my buddy has a connection at GNC, and i get anything for free, i was told hydroxycut would work well to give me energy to work out, so ive began taking it sunday i take it 3 times a day all though it does say to start out with 2 a day its not very effective with 2 a day so i take 3, should i worry about anything down the road?

and finally what would the supplement "1-test" do?,cause? be used for?

I would be careful with hydroxycut,I'd just eat clean and lift and leave out the eca stack.

Keep it up dude, drop the fat burner though. Concentrate on gaining weight, and then cut.

You are brand new to lifting. Stay away from ALL supplements except extra protein. You do not need them. You need to learn to train/eat properly before indulging in supps.

ok then what can i eat to give me energy to work out, ive tried getting enough sleep, eating i usually dont have the energy.

also can u point me in the correct direction for proteins, brands, names info?

A multivitamin may help. But you'll get the energy. Just do not rely on supplements to get that energy.

I've only heard bad things about centrum. From weightlifters and pharmacists. I have not had a problem with GNC brand multivitamins though. As for protein, you can just go out and get a nice big bulk tub, like 5lbs worth. It will taste like crap but you can just add minimal water, mix it well and chug it down quick. I've used optimum, which is good for the price, or i've used Isopure which is great mixing and 1000 times better tasting, but also more money. Designer protein also isn't bad.

For quick snacks you can always buy a box of protein bars. Just watch the sugar content on them.

The reason I would say to leave the hydroxy cut alone is because you shouldn't need the extra energy right now. Being as your just starting out, a good diet will give you plenty of energy to make some serious gains. Wait till your a little more advanced and gains are slower to start supplimenting.

Protien is good though. eat your body weight in protien.

I'm 15 too and i took whey protein last week before i worked out and tried to eat right and i gained like 6lbs at the end of the week.

ok hers one thing, in those pics it makes me look slimmer them i am, also i have saddle bags like a mof0 i havnt really consentrated sp?:^) on abs for that matter i would prefer to like to get my upper body in shape cause i used to have gyno, i think thats the correct term for bitch tits?.

so i do want to cut some weight from the mid section but im not to worried about that right now.

with the weight that u gained is that muscle or fat? and have u noticed a increase in strength?

ps, do u have any pics so i can cross refrence what i should be looking like?

i'd say it was mostly muscle that i put on, and yes i have moved up about 5lbs on everything almost. I'll get a pic up as soon as i can. I'll have to borrow my friends digital camera. You have more weight than me but my body is pretty cut.

ya im droping very quick which is kinda suprising, im now at 162 which used to be 165 about a week ago, and about 3 weeks before that i was 170+, so i am seeing lose in weight but increse in strength so thats good, also just recently have i changed my diet, i used to eat what ever when ever,up until a short while ago
