Budiak I'll give you an example:
On Friday, I had a protein shake in the morning with 3 bagles with cream cheese, for lunch I had egg noodles with roasted chicken and bee with veggies. Than I was munching on nuts, I went to a christmas party and had ravioli and pene pasta (I asked for extra), veggies with potatoes two pieces of grilled beef and two pieces of chicken. I got home, had some tuna with eggs and got hungry before went to sleep, so I went to Wendy's and got a biggie combo. The only thing is you have to do a lot of cardio with this type of diet...

It was a joke, and I still eat more than you, bones :D

Cardio? Screw cardio, I wanna gain weight. Blood pressure my big white ass.

I find that 6 eggs and half a can of pork n beans with 4 pieces of buttered toast and a 2 pints of milk is a pretty decent bulking meal, you should try it if you like any or all of the above foods.

I really should eat the whole can but...I kinda have to feed my roommate, too.
