Even that doesn't do that transformation justice.

Not only is that an awesome transformation, it's an awesome transformation from anything - especially for one year.

Very awesome!

Thanks every one I have been waiting fore ever to post my before and after pics. People ask me what i took. I say I just started studying bodybuilding on my own. Getting advice and reading from the forums then they lose intrest cause I dont have a easy answer.

01-05-2003, 07:19 PM

Really sensational effort mate, well done!

01-05-2003, 08:15 PM
****, I've gotta post again. Freaking AWESOME work. Hell, I don't even know if it's a 70 pound loss. More like a 90 pound fat loss and 20 pound muscle gain. Simply uncanny. I am EXTREMELY impressed.

01-05-2003, 08:19 PM
Wow, man that is just impressive as hell!! Incredible is all I can say.

Where do plan to go from here? Are you going to keep trying to cut?

01-05-2003, 08:22 PM
Wow. wow. wow. You certainly get the most improved award for the annual WBB awards and you're an inspiration to everybody on the boards.

I could add a bunch of smilies and exclamation points but that still wouldn't reflect how impressed I am. That takes a lot of dedication and will power, so if you ever need a job, give me a call. :) That's the kind of willpower much of the world lacks.

01-05-2003, 08:36 PM
That is simply amazing!
Are you sure it's you in both pictures?;)

Just joking....seriously, I would never think it's possible to accomplish what you have in just 1 year.
You don't even have loose skin.

wow, impressive ^_^

01-06-2003, 01:06 AM
Excellent transformation man. I'm sure there are quite a few health benefits from your accomplishments, but one thing I wanted to point out, is the boost in confidence I'm sure you have. Going from what you were to what you are now is truly amazing, but having the confidence in the new you, to post on the net, shows that you really are comfortable with yourself, where before you probably weren't.

That kind of determination will probably crossover to other areas of your life. Again, congrats on the great job!

01-06-2003, 07:09 AM
That is even hard to believe.

01-06-2003, 07:59 AM
You have done a very good job! Are you still dieting or aiming to increase LBM from now on? If you keep on cutting, I'd suggest Yohimburn and something like NYC (because of the Yohimbine) from the AF store. Maybe even an anti estrogen like Liquidex. These will help you get rid of those last estrogen caused fat deposits (lower abs, pecs, obliques) which would otherwise be hard to reduce. Whatever you decide, keep going. I'm sure your pics in January 2004 will show an equal amount of progess!

01-06-2003, 08:34 AM
i read some replies but that still didnt really prepare me for the pics, amazing work serious props for the dedication.

keep it up for 3 more years and you'll disappear

I will except this as proof I have made a change. The lower abb skin is the loosest and full of stretchmarks. But it has shrunken a good bit so I wil give it time. I am using some stretch mark cream I got a CVS Vitamine E with "super Vitamin K" havent seen a difference yet, dont think I will.

Spent most of my time in the weight room heavy weight low reps and adjusted my diet. Plus basic intense cardio not allot maybe no more than 3 times a week 20 to 30 min at that. Plus Xenadrine off and on.

01-09-2003, 06:23 PM
Way to go dude, you should write a book!!!

man.......................................................because words don't explain it.

01-10-2003, 03:56 PM
Holy ****, you've done some incredible work.

Honestly if I were you, I'd bulk now because it seems that you have no problem losing fat. And if you get a sixer and like it, it will be excruciatingly hard to bulk because you will probably lose it. Bulk now, so when you do finally cut down you will get even better results.

01-10-2003, 05:41 PM
Good job! Congrats on your success!

01-10-2003, 06:18 PM

Do the basic its not as hard as it seams. I Never counted my calories I could not tell you an macro nutreints or any thing like that. Just change your diet you know whats good for you and what isnt. But I would find out what are good choices of clean foods to eat and when to eat them. Ask question in the forums nd add cardio at your point I say as much as you can. Add a ECA a with that and start lifting. HEAVY WEIGHT do the normal routines like they have hear. I made my own with a combonation of WBB routine 1 2 and 3 and what ever I wanted to add. I must say I think the lifting plus cardio is what going to get it started for you. And eating better than you are now. with a ECA I say youy should loose about 40 your first 3 months. I kept it simple and just worked hard. OH yeay no matter what DONT STOP OR YOU WILL NEVER GET THERE.:)

01-11-2003, 02:06 PM
Straight out UNREAL!!! God damn good job!!! Keep it up..

01-12-2003, 12:13 AM

You should dig up sand in the back yard put it in jars, then run your pics in M&F, and sell it as supps.

As for bulking do you think it will be hard mentally, worried about gaining weight again ? Or are you pretty condifedent after what you've done already. I lost a little bit of weight and now I find I don't want to bulk to much.
Hell of a job.

01-13-2003, 09:08 PM

I want to bulk because every one told me I should now. But yes it does bother me and I want to wait until my fat get's a little lower. My gains are still going up and I am a little more lean now than in my after picture up there.

I did not lose any strenth I am WAY stronger than I was last year and bigger muscle wise. I have always been strong but just fat. I am currently slowly gaining size and slowy losing fat. I hope to be ripe by the sumer time. Now I am 215 and leaner than I was in my after picture.

Absolutely incredible transformation! You truly have my respect...you defined what is was you wanted, figured out what it would take to do it, then most importantly....you applied your knowledge! Take those tools into all areas of your life, and you will always succeed. Very motivational for us all.

Enjoy the moment;)

03-03-2003, 01:27 AM
good work

03-03-2003, 08:57 AM
Thanks every one. I have been off my diet since January not really bulking but did eat more. I have gotten stronger and maybe a little bigger. With at least 3 to 4 PRs in the deadlift I no something went rite. I am now 216-220 on any given day. I am going to do another cut for maybe 2 or 3 months as soon as I go supp shoping. It is verry important that I at least have abs by summer. This will be my biggest acomplishment ever because I have allways been fat......
Until now:)
I would love to have a fat percentage of 14 - 15 or lower.

03-03-2003, 09:23 AM
I also have been playing with HIIT Cardio some thing I did not do before. I read about it, tried it and liked it, verry difficult. So I am going to be doing this for my cardio 16 minutes 2 min Int. I hope to get in at least 3 to 4 days a week with heavy ab work twice a week. Lifting going to keep the same maybe change up my routine and reps.

03-04-2003, 10:41 PM
very impressive work

03-09-2003, 10:21 AM

In jan 2k2 what was your 1 RM benchpress? and how much is it now? and could you give me a rough idea on how much B/F you lost?

Thanks and congrats on your success.......I wish I had that strength!

03-09-2003, 12:11 PM
I am not sure what my body fat was at that time I didnt want to no. Alot of people hear can just look at you and tell you a rough estimate I say over 30 a least. I also do chest work but dont often do 1 rep max. The bench is the only exercise besides squat I dont go all out. I dont normally have a spotter at the gym and i stay to myself. I no my 1 RM on benching is over 300 but not sure exactly. When I started I no I had trouble with 2 plates and a 25 and that was on a SMITH MACHINE. That was like 230ish so I no chest strenght has gone up. Now I am more into dumbell chest work at the moment. My new pride is the deadlift and at the moment there is nothing else better than a 1 RM PR every week.

04-19-2003, 10:46 AM
Outstanding !!!!

Thats dedication at its best.

04-19-2003, 11:49 AM

03-16-2004, 11:32 AM

03-17-2004, 10:54 AM
Thanks I forgot about this thread. That recent pic of me bulking I was on my first cycle I think I have lost some size since then. My first aas experiment got me really big quick and left me a little bit bigger than when I started but I lost most of what I gained. Im now 229 =( trying to cut down more. I plan a cycle again but if I do its going to be a cut so i will be losing any way. I still look the same just imagine that last pick a percentage smaller lol. Oh and Im still in this lifting thing just not as motivated as i wsa 2 yearws ago but I acomplished the most part so Im not that off. I say im about 18% rite now.

03-17-2004, 07:04 PM
send that picture to SUBWAY and tell them all you ate was their subs, youll make bank

03-21-2004, 05:48 AM
Your before pic is basically where I'm at right now. Hopefully I can do something similar to your progress. Anyway, I know you don't know the breakdown on your diet, but can you post your daily diet including the times you eat? That'll really help me if you could do that.
