Well, this is simply a thread to show how I'm going to hopefully recover. Here's some stats before illness and my current state:

Before
--------
5'10"
230lbs.
Arms: 17.5-17.75"
Legs: 29-29.5"
Squat: 355x6

Current
---------
5'10"
~220lbs.
Arms: 17-17.25"
Legs 28-28.5"
Squat: ???

That's right, I'm screwed. This illness has just flattened me. That change is over a period of almost 3 weeks. I hope most of the loss has been water (since diarrhea will dehydrate you like nothing else). I've been in the gym a few times since, but haven't really been able to do much of anything. To get back to where I was I'm going to train hard, alone, and really focus. But first I need to get over this illness. I just figured this thread would be a good place to give updates, workouts, etc. Wish me luck, maybe I'll be big again someday.

I have no diet right now. Eating pretty much like a normal person. I have NO appetite. Everytime I eat it's a force-feeding.

Hospital for a day or two turned out to be for a week. I'm on some powerful cortico-steroids. Body is really beaten up, god knows how much weight/strentgh is lost. Having lots of trouble. Will keep updated.
