I know this isn't all weightlifting but you all know a lot about training and everything so here is what my week looks like:
Monday: Thai boxing + Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 2:30 hours

Okay I've been doin this routine for awhile and I am not sure if it would be considered overtraining. I am happy with it right now but if anybody has any suggestions please tell me.
can u stop from losing any muscle or strength by lifting once a week?
its incredibally hard to do it because ur too sore all the time and ur muscles wear out too fast. I also take Jiu jitsu so weightlifting is impossible during the week. I tried it for a while .
