    shoulder press: 30lbs per dumbell 4 sets of 8

    jog too much?

    i jog 3 days a week. once a day.

    is there a limit on how much i should jog? like in weight lifting you don't lift everyday. or am i free to jog as much as my body can take?

    i read somewhere that if you eat eggs for a solid week and nothing else while you work out then you will gain 10 lbs of muscle.

    if it helps... i weigh 138lbs
    and am 5' 6"

    i work out about 45 min to an hour and jog a steady pace for three miles afterward.
