For football, i am supposed to be doing this routine MONDAY TUES THURS AND FRI. The problem is that i cant always be at the gym 4 days a week and would usually skip a day. Heres the routine.
is there a difference on the bench press with a thicker (45lbs) bar and a thiner (12lbs) bar. Which one is better and which will help me lift more.
