yes i do, but thats just me,

tbh if it was me , i would throw in whole grains , lots of veggies,fruit, potatoes, rice ,
drop 2 shakes and replace with whole foods, also drink milk during the day , extra cals , cheaper than...
what is your diet like, do you use fitday to track diet, what are your goals etc. training routine

Has shoulders and triceps are stablisers for chest workout, group 2gether.
if only working out 3 times a week.
after chest workout , throw in side lat raises and pushdowns , couple sets of dips...
how long does the pain last = couple of days also does it occur right away or the next day,
if the next day, its prob, just a case of DOMS .
remember the shoulders are made up of 3 muscles and...
if your worried about recovery times why not regroup all exercises to the following if only working out 3 times a week
chest, shoulders, tris
quads, hams calves
back ,traps, biceps
just sounds like you stressed the shoulders a little hard, do you stretch out the shoulders before you work,
also do you do chest workout day before you work your shoulders .
just made the bars, fantastic, threw in some fibre aswell, choc and vanilla protein ,
you could add some flour ( very little amount ) to thicken up the sauce .:drooling:

day 4 - shoulders
day 5 - arms.
then repeat, usually throw in a day off after day 2 and 5 .
cal intake at 3200-3500 a day
