    Been reincorporating dumbbell benching --- up to the 100 pounders for a set or two. Over all increased either the weight or volume for horiz pressing. Shoulder work has been ramped up too.

    Depending on the day I will generally run 5 or 10 mins on the tread as a warm up or post-lift cardio session. If warm ups, I generally run at a 7 min mile pace. Battling ropes are cool too.
