How do you know that you have sufficiently restored your leptin levels on a re-feed day? Is there a certain amount of a caloric surplus? Does it just have to be constant eating throughout the day?

if someone says to eat less, it's true and with good intention. but if someone makes a personal insult, they are overcompensating for a 5'7 height i.e. napoleon complex.

Well why would I? It wasnt put on by weightlifting, it was put on by eating so many calories. It is not functional because I am no stronger now than I was before.
