WOD (what a bitch this was)
200ft walk with 95lbs overhead
30 wide grip deadlifts @ 205 (switched to 185 at rep 11)
20 ring dips (12 of those with a band)
50 kettle bell swings @ 53lbs
30 med ball cleans
200ft walk 95lbs overhead
Wide grip deads are really hard on the hands so I dropped it to 180. Ring dips I just suck at. Did fine on everything else. That last walk was miserable.
