My last meal of the day, with my placement happens to be at 8pm. I get in bed by 10 or 11 usually. This is what I have:
8:00p - Last Meal
2 Orange Roughy Patties - 90 Calories, 1g Fat, 38g Protein, 0g Carbohydrates
2 tbsp. Natty PB - 200 Calories, 16g fat, 5g Protein, 7g Carbohydrates
2 Celery Sticks - 0 Calories, 0g fat, 0g Protein, 0g Carbohydrates
... I'm being a freak, screwing around with my ratios. Cosndering at 150, my body would burn 100 calories per hour asleep about, I should be safe as far as fat storage overnight (Since I am right on the edge of defecit) at 7g carbs, and the fats if I haven't eaten for 3 hours, correct? Or maybe just to be safe I should move the flax oil later in the night and scoot the peanut butter up before 6pm. Does it really matter?
