Followed by a month of singles, right?

Forgive me for asking, but what is the dirty on your journal? What Kinds of things are you looking forward to doing in 11-12 from when you started in 08? In short, what are your goals this year?

I'd love to read all 28 pages, but I can only read back so far. This journal interested me, so I thought I'd give ya a follow.

Well first let me say Thank-you Rob for stopping by. I don't normally get people commenting on my journal. (other than ShooterX and Cricket-Fire) So, to answer your question..........my goals this year are to continue to add muscle to my frame. it's something I have been working on for ages. Damn genetics.

So I have been experimenting over the years (trying BB & PL styles of training) and with this I have found what things work for me and what doesn't. I know I need to lift Big to get Big. But I also know that I can't do that all the time. Especially at my age. I'm 42, but I feel like I maybe am 33. So with that, I am incorporating more workouts with higher rep ranges (much to the chagrin of ShooterX ) I guess my journal is not of the "norm" to cause you interest.

So once again......Thank-you for stopping by.

    Cheers mate.
