Strictly powerlifting related?
I would like to improve all of my numbers, and learn my gear better.
I have some other goals pertaining to school.
23 years old
6'3, 308 lbs
1. Do well in school
2. Compete again and compete in a shirt
1. Find an internship in the sports industry
2. Bench 315(bit of a stretch)
3. Deadlift 405(tough, but possible)
1) Get into Grad school
2) Pull 650+
3) Bench 400 raw (probably the least likely)

Have a better year than 08... Geez... It should be pretty easy.
Bench 400 raw. (+ 25 now)
squat 700 (+50 now)
DL 650. (+ 45 now)
Put together a sweet total in a meet at 242.
That seems like a low ball, but I always tend to overshoot on the goal part, so well see how this approach goes. Thats less than 5 pounds a month so I think that is reasonable.
bench: 385 (+70 pounds)
Squat: 500 (+70 pounds)
deadlift: 500 (+75 pounds)
All raw, no gear. Im young so i think i can get 70 pounds by this time in 09. Another goal would be a football scholarship for a d1 school. Be 280 pounds by next august running a 4.89 40. Good grades.

lol the deadlift goal looks screwed up b/c as to date ive only pulled 455 so that would be a 130 lb increase...but, that was in oct. and i never trained deadlift really...i think i have 495 in me now.
