Rep Squats w/chains
The team trained Friday night instead of Saturday morning because some of us are volunteering for a Special Olympics PL meet. I was really pressed for time and had to cut it short. Template called for 6x3, but I cut it down to 3 and double setted the last. Still fine tuning the new gear template, and we think 2 reps might be more adequate for gear.
