    After Decembers meet, I'll be changing focus over to conditioning and weight loss, looking to be around 260 by mid 2012, totally doable. Feeling really good today, new weight low for this cycle, all is well. Back in to the 330's we go. I've noticed that when I use the leg press, I feel it a lot! And with shrugs, I feel it a lot more with the hammer strength machine rather than with the barbell. I like it, just need to continue with them every week and continue making progress. Crappy thing about our leg press at work is it's maxed out at 5pps, I guess I can just start repping it out.

    even if you are up .6 of a oz you are def healthier doing all that cardio and circuit like training, plus muscle weights more then fat anyway braw.

    Yeah, I was just i that place where I was competing with the scale again instead of how I feel/how my clothes fit. Thanks man.

    I talked to Josh, and we went over a few things. I'm working out at work on upper days, so I've got tons for equipment to play with. I started utilizing the hammer strength machines and such. I told him I wanted to up my volume for a month or so and see how it goes, then work down to heavy singles for the meet in December. So far, everythings been going well. Come Thursday, which is basically a test day for me, I've been nailing all prescribed reps in the gym.

    AM Weight was down to where I was hoping it'd be. Back in to the 330's. High 330's, but still the 330's. So after this upcoming refeed, we should be sitting around low 340's and then bounce rack back in to the 330's if everything goes as planned within the next 2 days.
