    Powerlifter Squats 462 x 20 (no belt, no wraps, good depth)

    Check it out... not sure of his name but this is very impressive. It says in the video that his bodyweight is 259 lbs.

    I did 20 with 300 once and it was real hard!
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    really impressive! just one thing. With heavier weights you can see his knees going in. Is that safe? Probably just a lost of concentration having done 20reps before, but those knees in really scared me.

    Welcome to the board.

    I noticed that people were posting comments about switching back to Powerlifting after doing some bodybuilding. Do you think that the bodybuilding training has anything to do with your leg strength / strength endurance?

    Looks like you are going to do some damage at the Raw Unity based on the numbers that you have been hitting in training.

    I was doing Doggcrapp or something similar the entire time that I was training for bodybuilding. DC is very intense and forces you to constantly increase your weights or number of reps over time, so I got pretty strong on it. I would recommend it to a strength athlete looking to put on muscle and keep or increase their strength at the same time.

    They did come in a little bit on the 562. I have no idea what was happening there, as that usually doesn't happen. It was probably fatigue.
