    Thanks all, I have had a heck of a lot of advise with training and really appreciate it!!!!!

    My training is back on track better than ever I can feel already, pumped for next years training and think in 12 months I wil be able to pull another 50-80lb.

    WS is back and Im loving it, will be aiming at building muscle a little more than this year which was pretty much just learning sumo.

    Lots of conventional pulls from here as a builder.

    Just stocked up on supps and have everything I need including Leucine which is known as the key amino.



    Upperback with a fuct neck......don't ask.

    Super strict wide standing cable rows-
    80 x 20
    100 x 15
    120 x 12
    140 x 12/10/8 rest pause
    120 x 12

    Close grip same as above-
    120 x 12
    120 x 12
    120 x 12

    Underhand same as above-
    120 x 12
    120 x 12
    120 x 12

    Wide grip to belly (like chuck rows but wide grip)-
    100 x 10
    100 x 10
    100 x 10

    This was very painful in a good way, 1 min between all sets with stretching inbetween.

    Thanks, I just checked and I have a small groin tear.

    Bruising and sore to touch, just ignored it but now it looks pretty nasty.

    Not worried, keen to rip shit up as soon as its healed.

    Deload lower on Tuesday.

    Still doing the long hours but I'm feeling stronger than ever.

    Tracking my protein now, 260 grams per day and pretty clean, upper body has filled out already.

    Groin is not healed yet and neck is the same but I should be right for speed on Friday.

    If your groin acts up again, perhaps consider a Rehband compression girdle...I've heard many great things about them.

    Tom, yep saw txt but have not watched yet.....make sure there is plenty of tension in the hole and you will be sweet.

    Chuck rows are on youtube, Chuck V does them and they hit the lats well with-out needed to go heavy......pretty handy!

    Groin is good, neck is not.

    Hope that groin heals up quick Nick. I tweaked my a few days ago when I stepped out the back door onto some ice. Nowhere near tearing it though...ouch.

    Still good to see that you are stomping on anyway. Wouldnt expect any less, lol.
