Thanks for the great comments!!!!! I was sure I had more in me, just needed to lock in the right form-endless pursuit of perfect form.
Mixed day, nothing impressive.
Deficit 4" sumo-
DOH no chalk, no belt, no shoes, no super suit just animal raw power
Just working form more than anything but still fairly hard as my lower back and hips are sore
Seated close grip shoulder press-
Shoulder is still not right, this was enough for now
Seated kettlebell shrugs-
All done slow
Band face pulls-
35 x17/ 30 x6/ 25 x6 drop set
All done strict as possible
Pissed at my shoulder but what can you do, at least its ok to squat.
Off to sleep, getting up at 4:30 AM will check out all your logs on Monday........look forward to seeing some PRs etc.
