    I start of front to back, then swipe side to side.

    Helps get my hips loose for squatting.

    Chest today. Think i'll 5x5 bench and some some higher rep acc work. I should train lats too since tomorrow will be lower and I won't do a pull workout till Thurs or Fri.

    Nice volume man. I bet your chest was burning like hell toward the end of that 135x23. I know mine always is after I drop back down to 135 and rep out. How wide do you hold the bar? Pinky on the rings, index on the rings, etc?
    6' 1.... 211lbs.

    Thanks!! Yea dude, after the 135 x 23 I was FRIED. I had to shake my arms like an idiot to get rid of the burn.

    Thanks!!! I take about 1-2 minute rest between sets, don't really time it. Just enough time to swig some Xtend and catch my breath.

    Musings

    All squats were done ass to grass.

    Smolov will have me squating 4 times a week so I wanted to see what it felt like to squat 48 hours apart.

    Felt GREAT.

    My legs were absolutely fried after the narrow stance squats. Pump was unreal. I couldnt squat my bodyweight because my quads were so pumped.

    All in all a top notch workout despite the lack of PR's

    Intensity = 8
    Energy = 9
    Focus = 7

    Figured this is a good way to track my progress so when I look back on my log its easier to see how I was doing besides the numbers on the lifts.

    Bro, nice benching up there! I didn't see that the other day... nice work for sure. Them squats today were friggin' insane! That's a ton of volume. Great work there, bro. Can't help but to LoL at how bad you put me to shame on the squats, and how we're almost equal on bench. Sad for me.

    Not sad, you'll be beasting sick squattage soon enough. I need my bench to go up into the 300's badly lol.

    Meal 1 - 2 poptarts

    Training - 4 scoops Xtend

    Meal 2 - 4 poptarts, 1.75c FF milk, 2 scoops NITREAN, 2 tbsp PB

    Meal 3 - 7 eggs scrambled, 2 slices FF American cheese, 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.

    Leaving me with 1200 cals to go after I get out of class at 9pm. Only 200 have to come from protein. Mmmm Xtend and 2 DBL cheeseburgers it is =P
