    How much cardio did you do and what type #2 how many sets did you do for each movement in your log

    During the off season I don't do cardio, my weight training is my cardio. I did 3 sets each

    My calories for this off season were staggered with 5000 and 6000.

    I haven't been on the cycle diet for about 2 years
