    Female client deadlifting 315.

Funny thing is I rarely have her deadlift heavy and we train for weight loss, strength is merely a by product of the training. This was her second time doing it as well. I made her redo it because the 1st one she didn't quite follow through all the way, hence her overly emphasizing the lockout the 2and time around lol. You can hear her say "Is it locked out?" haha

That's definitely one of the weirdest back double bi's I've seen!

Thickness is definitely there. Finesse is not!

Powerlifters don't have V-tapers BTW. Eat some more.

Gotta try to supinate your biceps by turning your wrists inward. Also try to have a bit of wrist flexion by trying to be able to see your knuckles.

Give that a shot and see what happens.

    225x1
    315x1
    405x1
    455x1
    495x1

    Front Squat
    315x3
    335x3

    Sumo SLDL

    405x3
    405x3
Damn those were hard after front squats.
Finally hit a dead pr. I'm pretty confident Defecit work and SLDL work is helping. As you can see I'm still really slow off the floor but fast at lock out.

Not sure what the jumping pullups are? From what I'm envisioning I could see them hurting the tennis elbow a bit.

Loving the 550+ DL. So are you happy with the switch in your DL stance thus far?

BTW, I loved how you held the pose at the top of the DL. It reminded me of Jordan hitting the game winner against the Utah Jazz in the 1998 NBA Finals over Byron Russell.

Yes, I just used an NBA referrence.

    Thanks Joey!

I didn't change much with my stance other than dropping my hips slightly lower. Jumping pullups are assisting a pullup with a little jump at the bottom.

Noooo!! Why must you remind me of the 98 finals? I'm still bitter about it to this day.
