Well here was my first day of the Program;
Bearing in mind i have had 6 weeks off due to travelling around Europe :P
Here is the first day of the workout, i am doing the 4day split.
Assisted Pull Ups
Bench Press (my 1RM is 65KG)
Rows on Machine
That was it for the day, it hurt a bit but felt good.
Any comments would be appreciated if not i will continue as planned
