Its been a while since I posted a bench video here so I thought I'd post a few of my lifts from saturday's max effort session. I've been trying to improve my speed, in the past I've posted messages about my struggles with feeling weak if I don't decend really slow. I think I'm finally getting past that ( and I hope it shows in this video, lol ). If anybody has any suggestions to improve my technique please comment. I still struggle with my set up ( partly I think because the bench is just too short ). Also if anybody has any feelings about which bench shirt would be best for my style of benching please let me know ( I've been benching in a buddy's katana but it's loose and I'm sure it's not ideal for me, but I have learned a lot using it over the past year. )
I was looking through some of my old videos and thought this was kind of cool, here's a video of me benching 315 back when I could first get it for 1 rep ( this video is basically the second time I ever benched 315 ).
