This is the beginning of a new journal... I outgrew my previous journal since at my last meet I got my 225 raw bench, so here goes with a new goal to total 1,000 pounds raw.
I will be following the HCT-12 workout for about the next 8 weeks and then I will switch up and follow a more traditional Westside approach for the meet prep cycle.
Well here is my first workout following HCT
Rack pull (below knee)
Standing calf raises
EZ bar curl
Cable crunch on swiss ball
