Awesome news, look forward to seeing it happen. I wanted to do a Sprint triathlon last year but couldn't learn how to swim. I mean, I can swim, but my laps are just me thrashing about gasping for air lol. Didn't want it bad enough to find a teacher and just gave that up. I would love to run 5 and 10k races though.

Sprint is my first goal too - there's one in September, followed by a Powerlifting meet in Oct. Could be a busy Fall for me lol.
Good day today. Felt strong. Cranked out a 220 bench just to prove that I could do it again. My friend has started training with me again, spotted me, but didn't touch the bar once. I was very happy, especially with all the cardio lately.
Got another tri PD PR. Really enjoying upper body movements lately.

What a shit day. Couldn't even budge 4pps off the floor. The 160kg was a planned triple, but first rep was exhausting.
Gonna blame it on the heat.
Or maybe my body getting used to the cardio.
Or not sleeping.
Or stress from sending my book off to the agencies.
Or one of many other things.
Either way, went and got myself a row PR out of pure rage.
Gonna go and do a 1mile run now, if my chafed-to-fuck legs will allow. Hopefully some loose shorts and some Bodyglide and I'll be okay.

Great seeing the increased stamina taking place, keep hanging tough and stay right at it Gaz.
Road bike, 10 miles, 44mins 44secs. Avg 13mph. Alex had set me a target of 45mins, so beat it by 16secs, lol.
Three stints, 4 miles slow, 2 miles fast, 4 miles slow; didn't quite work out like that though... Soon as I got to the 4 mile point it was all uphill, lol!
Managed to get a new downhill record though, 32.5mph haha.
