    24 rep squats!!!! Just WOW!

It'll be interesting to see if the diet adjustments work for you. Of course if you are recomping then it's all good.

Thanks SC, the diet has been rough the past couple of days. I had to eat out twice and didn't get everything dialed-in. Hopping right back on the horse today though, so not too much damage done I hope.

    Conditioning...

I went for a 3 mile hike in the mountains. 7,000 foot elevation and a lot of steep hills. It kicked my ass hard.

No reason you can't slip in a couple of extra days rest.

I need the rest, the mountains are going to kill me if I try to lift heavy at the same time.

Thanks HP, the mountains are tough for me.

So I went to the mountains on Sunday to take my kid to Boy Scout camp. The hike in is pretty easy, mostly downhill. While I was down there I found out that I was supposed to park my truck backwards and there was a tow truck there to take my truck away. That's the federal government at its finest. Stupid laws, nothing posted, and its our responsibility to know the million different laws that exhist. So, I had to leave my kid (I was planning to stay for dinner) and hussle my fat ass back up the mountain as fast as I could. It's a mile and a half uphill, and I made it in enough time to save my truck from being towed away. I was pissed to say the least.

Anyways, I'm going back to vivit my kid on Wednesday, so I can hike again. Then I go to pick him up on Saturday, so I get to hike it again. I actually like the little hike; it's pretty and relaxing when you don't have to try to sprint uphill. My back is still killing me from the last adventure. But this time I will know to back my vehicle into the parking spot. Stupid regulations anyways, all those beurocrats should be lined up and shot for wasting our money on stupid shit.

Thanks guys. I'm off to do another hike today and visit my son at Scout Camp. This time I'll park my vehicle in the right direction so I won't have to power walk the whole way back. Dang, my calf muscles are still sore from that last adventure. Can't wait to get the deload over with and keep making progress. I look at all your journals and I see the big progress everybody else is making and it's got me super motivated.
