Meal 1 8:00-bowl of oatmeal
Meal 2 12:00-turkey sandwich, 2 bowls of soup
Meal 3 3:00-6oz chicken breast, 1 serving of triscuits
Meal 4 5:00-baked fish, baked potato, bag of fat-free popcorn
Meal 5 7:00-4 egg whites, oatmeal w/whey and tsp pb
Started training a little different today, did ten sets for chest and 6 sets for biceps. I also did abs today.
