Ok journal time! In my journal you will more than likely leave confused due to incoherent ramblings and thing's of that nature! Wooooo hooo ok so here goes.
I just finished my first HST cycle gotta say I am pretty happy with it. I have my before measurements and will take my after here soon. I am currently doing SD and way bummed about it. I will probably only stay out of the gym for about 10 days which would put me back in on Sunday. June 22 2003. I plan on skipping 15s and starting out at 12. Some exercises I will do increments of 5lbs increases and some 10lbs depending on the strength of the muscle group. Also taking into account the amount of work that muscle receives in general. This is what I have so far comments suggestions spam and random rants are welcome and requested. Oh ya if I miss spell something go with it man, I dont want to know about it that's kind of a pet peeve.
