After my last cutting I noticed Im a wee bit on the scrawny side and horror of all horrors!!! I want to gain a couple of pounds.
Im indulging in my favorite foods this week (I had 2 oh yes TWO plates of pasta yesterday) and then I want to bulk cleanly for a little bit.
the only problem is....dieting and cutting and such is easy for an ex skinny flab person...how to bulk is completely beyond me.
Do I just add more complex carbs?
