These are my most recent maxes to date in the big three:
Squat- 295 lbs
Bench- 205 lbs
Deadlift- 330 lbs
These were all at approx 155-157 lbs.
This journal will follow me through the next 18 weeks in which I will be wooping Dabomber's ass! Progress is inevitable. I have the desire and focus to achieve my goals and I will stop at nothing to get them. Latty is gonna kick some ass and move some iron!!
