but can u guys please reccomend some exercises to do
to get that v-line shape around your pelvic bone hip area?
the best i can describe it is usually you can see em on models
that wear low rise jeans. u know its like two lines that stick out on the sides of your hips?
someone reccomended doing sit ups? how would sit ups benefit that area?
would doing hyperextensions to the side work this area?
