    deadlift
Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

Power cleans are a great exercise...if you workout at a public gym just ask somebody about your form.

If not, stick with deadlifts as Fuzzy said, and also shrugs.

Power high pull i think its called. Basically the same as a power clean except you finish the movement with a upright row instead of catching the bar in a front squat.

    + 1 for Hang Clean.

Really though, if you don't find someone to teach you the Power Clean you're really missing out.

Power cleans are one of the few exercises that work ur extrernal rotation muscles, u could do dead lifts and then some cuban press to keep ur body balanced in this area which is a great way to insure against shoulder inujuries down the road..

high pullsare definatly the next best thingif your worried about form(other than hang cleans but im guessing if your power clean isnt good neither is you hang clean)

but just use light weight to get your form down at the beginning and research the correct form is you dont understand how to do them

    upright rows are good to
Way down this road, in a gym far away, a young man was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, No matter what I do my legs won't grow."

He tried leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses, too. Trying to cheat these sissy workouts he'd do. From the corner of the gym where the big men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain.

Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty fives. A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees.

Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack, Chalking his hands and monstrous back, Said "Boy stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, Trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN"
