Example: ME Day...Would I work up without wraps to a 1rm, then add in wraps and repeat or would i do multiples with them?
and in regards to what lifts they are most effective with -
Flat BB, board press, floor press, skulls, etc.
Thanks buddy. Also, I can't lift for a bit now because I somehow managed to pinch a spinal nerve. I will live my powerlifting dream vicariously through you for a while.
