    I know Josh is doing the programming, but has he talked about why the clusters of benching? Never done something like that and was interested in the science.

    My thinking is it's just another way to get more volume in. In addition the short rest periods cause the weight to feel heavier. This will make for greater exertion without the stress of heavier weights.

    I really enjoy these Vin. I think it's a great idea. I don't think people understand what a pain in the ass it is to do this. I hate taking time out to even tape a set let alone my entire workout AND narrate it.

    Thanks for the recognition Tone. Yeah, it takes hours for me to get these done. If it helps a few lifters, it's worth it.

    Hey Vinny, just watched your Week 6, Day 2 video and had a question for you. On your OHP, you take the bar out of something that looks like a monolift-type attachment for your rack. Am I correct in the observation? if you don't mind me asking where did you happen to get these and how much did they cost? Could you shoot a small video up close to these so if they need to be made I could show the video to a friend? Thanks man! SFW!

    These videos are getting better and better. Like the leg curls with a band. Never thought about doing those. Another good idea! Band pull aparts with better form - also good. I tend to just yank the band. Looks a lot better the way you do 'em. Lots and lots of good stuff! Including the tubing and dancing.

    Awesome training Vinny. Thanks for putting all these videos together for us.
