Good workout tonight. I am trying to get more tricep work in. I definitely got more volume with the board work, but I forgot to add in and additional exercise. My pecs were sore. I need to start icing them. I'm also going to back off a few different gpp exercises for rehab mini workouts. I'll keep up with sled dragging and weight vest walks, but tire flips and farmers walks are out. These are messing with my biceps and I can't have that. My biceps are f'd for life.
It's going to be a good weekend. Firstly, it's my wife's birthday. Secondly, a bunch of us are going to meet up at one of the World's Strongest Man qualifiers in CT. We are going to root our hometown boy Derek Poundstone on.
