Training was off this week. Lot's of field trips and after school activities.
6/3 walked 20 minutes outside with 40lb weight vest (had to skip DE day)
6/3 walked outside for 20 minutes
6/4 walked outside for 20 minutes
6/5 chaparoned a field trip and walked around all day, however, I ate like I was going to the chair. I weighed 298 this morning, that will surely change tomorrow morning. Let's just say I carbed up for tomorrow's ME Bench day.
