Hey bro, sorry haven't been in for a bit. Sorry you missed that 385 on the dead on Sunday. I think you're still doing things the right way though. A very patient man you are. The thing that helped my deadlift more than anything was PL style squatting. Low-bar, wide stance, heavier weights (3-5 reps). Sounds to me like you're a little psyched out by the weight too. If that's true, then try 380 next time or something around that number. If you nail that, bump it 10-15 lbs and go again.

I'm tellin ya, by the time you're my age, you're gonna be one jacked dude. It's probably hard for you to realize yet, but you are not finished growing and filling out yet. You're gonna get wider and thicker whether you lift or not at your age. So you will have what you've been looking for no doubt very soon in your life, jed.
