My first police test is coming up Saturday. I need to hit 12:51 or under 1.5 mile and 39 situps in under 60 seconds. Pushups are no biggie. Will see how it goes. Run was my #1 issue and I know I can make time for that, but situps are still something I have been lacking to train. I'm hoping my recent re-insertion to some resistance movements was rebuilding my core.
