idk man, it started as a little pain in my wrist like week 5 of the season. then it got to really nasty pain when i would make contact. now all the sudden my thumb has limited ROM and locks in place sometimes too. went to the doc and he said what i said above... so hopefully itll get better.
on the contrary, nasty workout today. legs were cramping and are now dead.
squat : 135x5, 135x20... supersquats lol. barely got it. weak legs.
glute ham raise : x5, 2x10 felt nice
calf raise : slow, 3x25
BB lunge : 95 2x5... ow.
crunches 3x fatigue
not a bad workout, legs were stingin haha.
