    DITTO OMG!

I remember idolizing the 2 time all-stater we had on the FB team, and watching him lift *SO* much weight. Now I'm stronger than him.

You might learn to really like bb rows later, it took me years to even get into them...db rows are cool early on.

    Doing some nice benching man.

Those meets are really really close together man... I'd certainly reconsider doing both of them. Last summer when I had a meet 3 weeks apart like that it sucked.

The second one is no biggy. It's actually held at my high school. (non-sanctioned) so I 'm not gonna go all out or even use equipment (not allowed).
Besides, you're an old man .

    ME Squat

    Workout:

    Squats RAW
    135 x 3
    185 x 3
    225 x 3
    245 x 1
    275 x 1
    300 x 1
    315 x 1 PR
    325 x 1 PR
    335 x 0

    45 Degree Leg Press
    4 pps x 4
    5 pps x 4
    6 pps x 4
    7 pps x 4
    8 pps x 4 PR

    Romanian Deadlifts
    135 x 8
    135 x 8
    135 x 8

    Thoughts:
Woohoo, got a new PR I actually felt really horrible when I got to the gym. I did my 225 x 3 and it was really slow. But, I put my magic belt on and 275 flew up like nothin. Put 315 on, still not too bad, so then I slapped on 10 more lbs, pretty tough, but I thought I had more. I actually got a video of the 325, but my dumb ass freind doesn't know how to video tape so you can't really see what's going on. 335 crushed me. The leg press was just for fun, I wanted to see how much I could do. You can only fit one more plate on each side .

Metal V-Type squatter. It's for wide stance squatters, it's great for pulling sumo too. Hasn't given me a huge increase in lifts, but I'm still learnin . That's what I use for pulling and squatting.

Eh, I'm close-stance sq/dl myself, but I'll keep looking, thanks man. How much have you gotten from your gear vs. your belt lifts?

You could go over to LiftingKid's journal and ask him about the Centurion Suit.

Well, I got 365 last week and my RAW max was 310 at the time.

Today I got 325 RAW, but I'm sure I'll bust through 365 this week too.

So ~50-60 lbs. It's tough though, you can't just put it on and squat. I've still got a long ways to go, 140-200 extra lbs isn't unrealistic. . . I don't think.

Oh I know, but since I'm gonna be competing soon, I need to get the gear on and get used to it.

    Oops

    Workout:

    Power Cleans
    135 x 6
    185 x 6
    195 x 6

Did these before squats at school. Today was our first day lifting in PE class. Our coach did the whole beginning of the year speech, then proceeded to show the class how to clean. He gave all of us seniors permission to start up the workout, so it was freakin on. Put the 45s on, the little freshman were like "whoa!" haha. Warmed up, then slapped on the 25s. I then proceeded to bust out 6 reps, at this time the coach had the class watch me to show them proper form. Just for fun, I put on 5s and busted out 6 more. Haha, those wore me out, I went outside to get a drink. I came back in to find a group of little kids huddled around my station with a big one holding the 195 in his hands. I walked over and watched, the kid pulled it up, shrugged, and. . . and. . . well nothing. Haha, I just laughed, and then the bell rang. I let the freshman clean up my mess and I headed out to the the parking lot to hit up McDonalds. Then I drove to the "real" gym to squat.

Being a big senior kicks ass . Sorry for braggin, but today's PE class made me feel awesome. I can't wait till we bench.

    Bulking

I've seriously been slacking lately. I'm sittin at 164 lbs. Today I made a bet with my freind that I could gain 10 lbs in one month, I'm on a strict diet of cheeseburgers, donuts, and my famous "heart stopper" shakes. (the one with a cup of peanut butter). So, I'll be 175 lbs by October 1st. You can count on it .

I told my freinds at school about my shake and everyone started calling it the Heart Stopper. So that's what it's called.

And wait untill you unleash the squat/deadlift.

Are you gonna suit up in school?

Haha, thanks Chris. I have the biggest bench in the entire class, by far.

I'll probably suit up eventually, but I don't think the class is quite ready for that .

Haha, I'm sorry for talking like this guys, I probably sound like a jerk.
