    For those who do BGB

I wanna do BGB but I was wondering your opinions on this...
BGB calls for working your biceps and triceps indirectly and directly on consecutive days. Are there any problems with this?

I have never had any problems with it at all. If you do, then you dont have to do the direct work. Fit the program for your individual needs.

:withstupi Most of the time I do both direct and indirect. Sometimes I just do indirect. It's all about what works best for you. Some people like the extra 'hit.'

I think youre overthinking things. Try it and see. If your weight decreases, then yes, you need more time to recover. But if youre like many of us, youll be fine with the direct/indirect.
