I don't think there has ever been a meet where I thought I put out my best performance, i think its just part of powerlifting haha.
VERY solid meet though. 120lbs total PR is huge! Congrats.
Ive been in the same situation as you with thinking that a lift was good when it was turned down, its best just to forget about it but thats hard to do. The first time or two it happened to me I got really bad and both times it effected my performance later in the meet. In the end it balances out, if you are going to be doing this for a long time you will also have some very generous calls
Ive had meets where the deads are directly after the bench. my deadlift warmup at a meet consists of 315 x 1 and thats it so I have always liked it, lots of guys lose quite a few lbs off their pull, especially benchers with big arches.
