as i said before, floor press is weak. had to take a real close grip because my elbows were hitting the rack. i've got a long journey ahead of me with benching

got some work ahead of me with benching.
tried on my king suit, it fits good, VERY tight in the legs. i will keep it, pull in it a few times to loosen it up, then try pulling with my vikings under it. i might have to duct tape my briefs to my legs, then put the suit on. i am going to test the suit out tomorrow after speed squats. i will work up to 405 or something like that, not too heavy.

turned out a bit much for DE day, but i wanted to see what kind of damage i could do in that king suit. i literally pull 135 and don't even know its in my hands. 455 felt like 275. this is with no briefs, this suit is gangsta. i will lay off the damn deadlifting for awhile now. i will pull a couple more times in it to break it in before i try and add briefs. the legs are SO TIGHT.
we might squat on a REAL power rack thursday. this means i won't have to walk the weight 10 feet back out of the entire thing. might go straight weight, might go reverse mini bands since we will have the rack to do it on.

don't let the pics fool you...check out how my fatness bulges out right under the leg openings. i had to use my compression shorts to get em on.

Dude, I feel you on the whole legs being tight thing, haha! Mine were turning purple and bulging out like that in those other briefs I had. Glad you like your suit, man!

i need to get my ass down more, but that is as low as it would go in that suit. when i break it in it should be perfect...that was 315
