    146lbs *sigh*

Ok so this is where I stand now. Pretty depressing knowing i only wheigh 146lbs .. Feel free to critique. My plan is to maintain/condition during the summer and then start clean bulking in Sept and would also like to venture into the world of powerlifting . I'll give it 2 more weeks to cut and see if i can get the lower ab veinage to say hi . I think in need to work more on my chest and legs esp my calves next bulk.

comparison pics are on the link in my sig.

    yup cause he's 5'5
he looks just about as big as me being 5'8" at 165lbs

that will probably help you at powerlifting to, seems like youll be a good bencher if your already at 315 weighing 146ish and deadlifting 405.

    Look great.

Here's some suggestions, work on the right arm a little more. You a lefty? By the pictures your one arm seems quite a bit larger.

You look really great bro. Forget what the scale says and just follow the mirror. 146 lbs or not, that's a physique you should be very proud of.

Wow, I guess height has more to do with how you look than what I previously thought. I am 138, 5'9" and look nowhere near as good as you.

    Keep up the good work!

Awesome physique bro! **** what the scale reads. Be proud of what shows in the mirror. Btw, how old are you??

Yeah, you still look a LOT more than 146, even at only 5'5.

    I wudda guessed 165 at 5'5

    Nice physique IMO.

Well balanced too - can't see any particularly dominating groups or lagging ones. If I had to be picky I'd say traps could be a bit bigger and quads too, but over all it's a good physique you should be happy with.

Thank you guys! From now on i'll skip the scale, at least until i bulk again.

shark- I'm a righty and i think u got my arms mixed up lol. I think my right arm is slightly bigger than the left.

    Kieth - i'm 27 years young .

david- Quads and traps will be dealt with during next bulk. I'm sure powerlifting will help them grow

Hmmm, must be that camera crap. Everything is reversed. I always forget that. Hahahaha. Either way, ONE of the arms needs some size or needs to lose some size and the latter is not optional.

You look good dude... Remember, if you that is the end of your diet, then your are probably 5-7 pounds heavier at maintenance. Why not take a small break, bump the cals up to maintain for 2-3 weeks, check your weight again and you may be surprised... Seriously.

You look great, man. Much props. And definitely great you want to get into powerlifting.

If you want, check out my journal. I started out the same weight as you and gained 60lbs in a little over a year, and started powerlifting, too. Pretty much exactly what you're doing and where you're starting from. You have a great base to start from, so I'm sure you'll do well.
